These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases of RestWell Beds products (memory foam beds, hybrid beds, adjustable beds, space-saving beds, and accompanying accessories like mattress protectors, bed frames) and related services (white-glove delivery, assembly support) (collectively “Products/Services”) from RestWell Sleep Solutions Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order via our website, authorized retailers, or customer support channels, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all product-specific guidelines (e.g., mattress care manuals, adjustable bed operation guides) provided at the time of purchase.
1. Order Acceptance & Modifications
Your order constitutes a request to purchase Products/Services, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or adjust orders if: (a) Products are out of stock (due to high demand for hybrid beds or supply chain delays for high-density memory foam); (b) Product details contain errors (e.g., misstated mattress thickness, incorrect adjustable bed weight capacity); or (c) your delivery address is inaccessible for large-item shipping (e.g., narrow staircases, lack of elevator access for 12-inch memory foam mattresses). A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation (email or physical document) including item specs, total cost (taxes, shipping, service fees), delivery/assembly timelines, and any required deposits.
Post-confirmation modifications (e.g., upgrading from an 8-inch to 12-inch memory foam bed, adding a mattress protector) must be submitted in writing within 24 hours. We will confirm feasibility and cost/timeline adjustments (e.g.,
250 for mattress upgrades, 3–5 business days for accessory additions). For bulk orders (10+ units for hotels, dormitories, or furniture retailers), modifications are prohibited once production or shipment begins (typically 4 business days post-confirmation); cancellations result in forfeiture of the 30% non-refundable deposit.
2. Product Specifications & Safety Compliance
All RestWell Beds meet global safety and quality standards: CFR 1633 (U.S. fire resistance), EN 1957 (EU mattress durability), and AS/NZS 3744 (Australia mattress safety). Product pages and manuals clearly list key specs: mattress thickness (8–12 inches), weight capacity (500–800 lbs for adjustable beds), frame material (solid hardwood for standard frames), and fabric composition (hypoallergenic polyester-cotton blends). Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., subtle fabric texture differences, slight logo placement shifts) are normal and do not qualify as defects.
You are responsible for: (a) Ensuring the product fits your space (refer to dimensions in the order confirmation—we are not liable for returns due to size mismatches); (b) Using adjustable beds per weight limits (exceeding capacity may cause motor failure); (c) Following care guidelines (e.g., rotating memory foam mattresses every 3 months to prevent sagging). We are not liable for injury or product damage caused by improper use (e.g., jumping on mattresses, using non-RestWell frames for hybrid beds).
3. Payment Terms
  • Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and Affirm (for 0% APR installment plans on orders over $500). Commercial customers may qualify for net-45 payment terms (subject to credit approval via business license and financial records).
  • Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for bulk/commercial orders; standard in-stock products require full payment at checkout (no deposit).
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) for U.S. orders, with local currency options (EUR, GBP, AUD) for international sales. Prices include applicable sales tax (excluding international orders—customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility). Quotes are valid for 7 days; prices may adjust due to material cost increases (e.g., memory foam, solid hardwood) or regulatory changes.
  • Late Payments: For commercial installment plans, unpaid balances incur a 2.5% monthly late fee. We may delay delivery or cancel orders (forfeiting deposits) if payment is 15+ days overdue.
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Free standard curbside delivery (5–7 business days) for orders over

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries (EU, Canada, Australia) with fees ranging from
    400 (depending on weight and destination). Delivery times (10–14 business days) are subject to customs delays (we are not liable for hold-ups). All international orders require a signature upon delivery to confirm undamaged receipt.
  • Inspection: Inspect Products immediately upon delivery. Note damage (e.g., torn mattress fabric, broken adjustable bed motors) on the courier’s receipt, take photos of packaging and the product, and notify us within 48 hours. We will replace damaged items free of charge or issue a full refund; failure to report damage within 48 hours voids coverage.
5. Warranties & Returns
  • Warranties: All RestWell Beds include a limited warranty: 10 years for memory foam/hybrid mattresses, 5 years for adjustable bed motors, 3 years for bed frames. The warranty covers defects (e.g., premature sagging over 1 inch, motor malfunction, frame cracks) but excludes normal wear (e.g., minor fabric pilling, slight foam softening). Extended warranties (up to 15 years for mattresses) are available for purchase at checkout.
  • Returns: Standard orders qualify for a 100-night trial (mattresses only—bed frames/accessories are non-returnable after use). To return a mattress: (a) It must be used (trial requires actual sleep testing) but free of stains, tears, or odors; (b) You must notify us within 100 days of delivery; (c) We arrange free pickup (no shipping fees). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of pickup. Bulk/commercial orders are non-returnable unless defective (verified by our technical team).
